A library of ready-made fantasy prompts for Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. Tap one to copy it, paste it into your AI tool, and get an answer across all your ESPN, Sleeper, and Fantrax leagues. Each prompt is written to pull from your live league data rather than the AI's own memory, so the answer reflects your actual rosters, scores, and waiver wire the moment you ask.
Connect League Loom once, then run any of these. No prompt-engineering required.
In Claude, you can also run these as built-in League Loom prompts from the connector menu.

Weekly Newsletter
Every team, one recap
A skimmable weekly newsletter across all your leagues, covering record, matchup and score, roster alerts, and the top waiver add for each team. It's the fastest way to see everything that needs your attention before Sunday without opening a single app.
Waiver Wire Report
Best adds, every league
The top available free agents you could add this week, ranked across all your leagues, with which league each one is in. Useful before waivers process, so you can prioritize which claim matters most if you can only spend your FAAB or priority in one place.
Start/Sit & Lineup Check
No surprises at kickoff
Catch a bye-week starter, an injury, or a brutal matchup before games lock, across every team at once. Runs your whole slate through one check instead of clicking into each league to eyeball your bench.
Power Rankings
Rank a league, told like a story
A fun, narrative power ranking of every team in one of your leagues. You pick the league and whether it's the whole season or just this week. Good for group-chat bragging rights or settling an argument about who's actually been the best team.
Trade & Roster Fixer
Patch your weak spots
Spot positional surplus and need across your rosters and surface realistic trades or waiver moves to fix them. Helpful before a trade deadline, when you want a second read on where your team is actually thin versus where you just feel uneasy.
Draft Recap & Grades
Grade your picks
A post-draft breakdown of each league: best value, biggest reach, and where your roster is thin. Run it right after your draft while the picks are fresh, or anytime later to remind yourself why you took who you took.
This Week's Matchups
Your whole slate at a glance
A quick rundown of every matchup this week: who you're playing and how each game is going right now. One prompt covers every league instead of tab-switching between apps mid-slate to track your scores.
How to use them
Getting the most out of the library
These prompts work best once League Loom is connected and you've picked which teams it should read. After that, copying a prompt and pasting it into Claude or ChatGPT is the whole workflow, there's no setup per prompt. A few ways people actually use these: run the weekly newsletter prompt Sunday morning as a standing habit, since it surfaces the one move worth making before you forget. Keep the lineup check prompt handy right up until your first kickoff, since it catches a bye week or a late injury designation that slipped past you. If you manage more than one league, most of these prompts already reason across all of them at once, so you don't need a separate version per league. And if a prompt's default framing isn't quite what you want, feel free to edit it after pasting, the underlying League Loom connection still grounds the answer in your real data either way.
Every prompt here is written to explicitly tell the AI to pull from League Loom's live data rather than answer from its own memory or general knowledge, that instruction is baked into the prompt text itself, not something you need to add. If you want a variation the library doesn't cover, like a prompt scoped to a single league instead of all of them, you can usually get there by tweaking the wording after you paste it in; the read-only connection underneath works the same regardless of exactly how the question is phrased.
Ready in two minutes
Connect once, then run any prompt
Add League Loom to Claude or ChatGPT, pick your teams, and every prompt above just works, read-only and private. There's nothing to install beyond the connector itself, no separate account, and no cost, so the only setup between you and any prompt on this page is the one-time connection.
